About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

Crisis Hospitality operations are made up of two cafes in London and Oxford with the primary purpose of training members. We also currently have four coffee bars inside of our charity shops in London, one of which has two dedicated staff members. And we also work closely with the Crisis Employment Services team & Enterprise Training team to create employment opportunities for our members.

About the role

12 month FTC
This role is new to Crisis, like many businesses we’re looking to adjust and improve our offer given the external circumstances. We look to this role to lead this development over the next twelve months.
As Hospitality Manager you will be responsible to lead and develop our hospitality offer through the development of new partnerships and in ensuring a high-quality customer experience both commercially and socially. You will also line manage the hospitality team to achieve income, member training outcome and supporter engagement targets. We look to you to work with the Enterprise Training Manager to develop hospitality training services for Crisis members and external partners.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be committed to Crisis’ purpose and values. You will have relevant management and leadership experience in a similar setting. You will have experience of developing and managing new partnerships to generate income and have experience delivering social outcomes.
