About the role

As the only Office 365 Developer/Analyst, you will primarily act as a technical lead to configure and develop our Office 365 estate focusing on collaborative productivity tooling such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams and Crisis customisations Power Automate. Working across the organisation supporting our Skylights (day centres for the homeless) and offices you will help individuals, teams and projects effectively collaborate and communicate through Microsoft (and Atlassian) toolsets. You will manage (or develop yourself if you have the skills) all bespoke customisations throughout Crisis in the Office 365 cloud.

As part of the wider Data and Technology team you will act as a 3rd line resolver behind the Helpdesk and support the development of training materials for end users.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have to be able to walk in the shoes of our users, understand their needs and develop tooling accordingly. You will be comfortable to have a voice in developing shared ways of communicating and working.

Your expertise is in the Microsoft world of Office 365 and adjacent toolsets. No level of expertise is too high for this role but if you don’t (for example) yet develop in Power Automate then you can either learn this at Crisis or manage this through 3rd parties. Either way you will have passion and strong product knowledge across all the productivity tooling associated with Office 365 and beyond.
