Through technical training such as kitchen craft and barista skills, trainees can gain qualifications and confidence in a public-facing environment where they are supported on their journey out of homelessness.
Over the last year, we’ve reworked our training programme and coffee offer; this year we’re refreshing our menu and building our digital presence, just to name a few exciting projects.

You will also be able to deliver the back of house training programme for our trainees and hold or be willing to gain an assessor's qualification.
