About the role
Crisis’ ambitious Marketing and Communications team is growing, so that we can build large-scale public support for our goal of ending homeless for good. This exciting new role will help to lead a step-change in our marketing activity, bringing together our existing marketing and digital functions with newly created digital marketing and supporter engagement teams.

1 Substantial experience within a marketing or digital role at management level
2 Significant experience of leading digital and marketing programmes and campaigns with demonstrable impact
3 Excellent digital marketing knowledge with experience across content, social media, email, search and digital advertising
4 Ability to design and implement a compelling content strategy which meets multiple organisational objectives
5 An audience-centric approach with experience of commissioning, analysing and applying audience insight from a variety of sources
6 Solid understanding of supporter engagement principles and experience of designing customer/supporter journeys across multiple touchpoints
7 Experience of building digital capabilities across an organisation
8 Very strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire teams across functions to work in an integrated way
9 Very strong relationship building skills at all levels and across a complex organisation, approachable and confident
10 Strong project and stakeholder management skills
11 Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to influence a range of audiences, both internal and external
12 Commitment to Crisis’ purpose and values including equality and social inclusion
