Recruitment during COVID-19 restrictions
During the COVID-19 restrictions, our interviews will be by video call.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be fully supported to work from home for the initial period where restrictions on non-essential travel are in place.

The brilliant Individual Supporters Team at Crisis plays a key role in our successful and innovative Fundraising Programme – raising in excess of £30m per year. The team is vital to the long-term income growth of the organisation, recruiting new individual supporters and increasing the engagement of existing supporters through an audience – led communications programme of diverse channels and products and the production of the data files that work alongside our fantastic creatives are key.

Now is an exciting time to join Crisis as we are being more proactive in the way we work and becoming more agile every day and is currently implementing productivity tools such as Atlassian Confluence/Jira to make our jobs more streamlined across the organisation.

About the role
As Supporter Data Coordinator you will support the team in cleansing the information on the database, ensuring that when our data is required for selections it is a clean as it can be to avoid the team having to make the same changes time and time again. You will help to produce the end of campaign and lifetime value (LTV) data files to help aide our third-party agencies with campaign analysis. This role is additional to the team as we are expanding and you’ll work alongside another coordinator, under the line management of our Senior Supporter Data Executive within the team.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience using Blackbaud’s Raisers Edge 7 or similar Fundraising Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), have excellent numeracy skills and have a good understanding of current data protection requirements.
