This is an exciting time to join our growing Supporter Innovation team, at a pivotal time at Crisis as we develop new products to inspire public to support Crisis all year-round.
About the role
As Supporter Innovation Assistant you will support the delivery of innovative fundraising products that will maximise year-round income and engage new supporters in Crisis’ work to end homelessness.
You will be working with external agencies to assist on the delivery of campaigns and internal stakeholders to provide timely campaign updates.
You’ll have experience of working within a fundraising context. You will have experience of providing excellent supporter care, and dealing with enquires through email, phone and social media from new and existing supporters. With strong relationship management skills, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Crisis supporters are front of mind in all that we do.
