About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We help people directly out of homelessness and campaign for changes needed to solve it altogether.

Our shops provide innovative and social spaces to engage the local community and our members (those accessing Crisis services) through volunteering opportunities. The unique look and feel of our shops enable us to raise funds to support the overarching aim to end homelessness for good. We are currently at the beginning of an expansion project that will add a significant number of new shops to our current portfolio.

About the role
As a Capital Projects Manager you will work closely with the Head of Retail to support the shops expansion strategy. The role requires a background in capital project management along with experience of managing business relationships with landlords, suppliers and contractors. Additional to this is a skilled negotiator with a background in property management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and deliver positive social impact through the shop portfolio and contribute to funding Crisis' wider aims nationally. You will provide leadership in delivering to agreed timeframes and building a network of internal & external stakeholders.

About you
We are looking for a enthusiastic applicant who is keen to share their expertise and join a busy and successful team. You’ll need to have a high standard of operational excellence and an ability to work under your own initiative. You must be able to provide knowledge & expertise in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Although not necessary, a background in facilities management is helpful. Importantly you’ll need to show a commitment to Crisis values and aim to end homelessness.
