About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

About the role
This role is on part time basis for a period of 6 months only, based at Crisis Skylight Oxford. As our Christmas Project Coordinator you will be responsible for organising and coordinating the delivery of our Winter programme of events/ activities for people who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness as well as additional Skylight events, dependent on Covid-19 restrictions. You will be managed by our Volunteer Coordinator and follow national processes and procedures for the delivery of Crisis at Christmas in Oxford with the support of staff and volunteers. 

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
•    Strong organisational skills and effective time management with an ability to successfully develop and deliver projects  
•    Excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Must be comfortable with email, digital platforms and use of social media
•    Experience or interest in working with socially excluded individuals or groups to promote and ensure inclusion in a project
•    Good communicator who considers their audience and can work efficiently as part of a team
