During the Coronavirus pandemic our bold, collective action helped thousands of people off the streets in the space of just a few weeks and prevented thousands more people from becoming homeless. The easing of restrictions is a time to build on this and shape a better future for all of us.

About the role
In this role you’ll lead on the development and delivery of our established fundraising strategy and plans in Wales & the South West. You will work closely with colleagues in Swansea and throughout Great Britain to ensure that our ambitious plans are achieved, steward our supporters and raise funds from a range of streams to ensure success.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced fundraiser and networker, with a proven ability to develop and implement a fundraising strategy and plan involving a range of income streams. You will share our passion and commitment to ending homelessness and will put Crisis supporters and members at the heart of our work.
