About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

The Impact and Involvement Team has undergone recent changes following consultation, developing from the Enterprise Training team. We’re looking forward to starting out in our new expanded role across the organisation. This Involvement and Impact Manager role will head up this team, ensuring that we deliver excellent training opportunities for members across our suite of businesses as well as supporting those members looking to take steps into self-employment and entrepreneurship.

About the role
As Involvement and Impact Manager, you will be leading the team in creating and developing progression pathways for members looking to gain skills and experience across our Enterprise and Innovation department, from our shops and café through to supporting people into self-employment with our Changing Lives grant.

You’ll work alongside our client services department and with members to sustainably end people’s homelessness through designing and supporting the team to develop meaningful progression opportunities and new external partnerships.

About you
Short version: To be successful in this role you will be an empathetic leader who has experience in the development of new services to support people who might be vulnerable. These services will have been developed alongside those people to ensure that any outcomes are meaningful and effective. You’ll be a keen collaborator both internally and externally and excited to develop new services in line with our exciting digital transformation project.
