Do you want to contribute to making a difference to the lives of those affected by homelessness? Crisis is recruiting for a Learning Coordinator to develop and deliver an engaging and varied programme for members in London. This is a great opportunity that will give the post holder the chance to deliver activities as well as planning and overseeing the delivery of high-quality programmes that will support members to leave homelessness for good. We are looking for somebody with experience of coordinating and delivering a high-quality education offer. Someone who can demonstrate their ability to coordinate a team to deliver an innovative and accessible learning programme that meets the needs of our members.
About the role
The role will focus on coordinating and delivering a high-quality blended learning programme whilst working closely with the tutor team and the Learning Manager. Provide line management and support for the tutor team, liaise with external partners and awarding bodies where necessary. You will coordinate a flexible, person-centred learning programme for members who are experiencing homelessness. You will coordinate and support the delivery of innovative learning solutions to meet the needs of people affected by homelessness. An understanding of a trauma informed approach to learning and a willingness to support members to access learning at their own pace.
