About the role
As Venture Marketing & Partnerships Lead in the Venture Studio, you will have responsibility for finding, building and nurturing partnerships from across the start up ecosystem. You will work with our Community and Events executive to develop and execute the marketing strategy that will build awareness and engagement within the community. You will identify the partners through whom to scout our investment portfolio, and bring in technology and entrepreneurial expertise to help scale their growth. You will own the relationship with our Strategy Advisory Board, ensuring their guidance and expertise is felt across the organisation. And you will work in collaboration with our colleagues in fundraising and philanthropy to explore mutual opportunities for revenue and engagement within existing relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- First hand experience of the start up world

- First class communication skills; plus a flair for the creative
- A passion for people and relationship building

- Good analytical skills
- A structured and organised approach to execution
