We have an exciting opportunity to grow our membership numbers through promotional techniques, and to deliver innovative and effective retention strategies, and to ensure a first-class customer experience.
Working as part of the multi-functional Individual Giving Team, you will help develop and deliver promotional campaigns to recruit new members and implement high quality stewardship activities to keep our members inspired and engaged. You will also help to showcase other opportunities to members, from participating in our awareness campaigns to leaving a gift in their Will.
Our office is located in Hatfield, Herts, however, like many organisations we are all currently working from home due to the coronavirus pandemic, although previously we were largely office based. Due to the experience we have gained during this period, consideration will be given to requests for working from home arrangements.
You will have experience of membership administration and running a membership scheme, and experience of membership retention and delivering successful member recruitment campaigns. You will need to be confident in utilising multi-channel marketing and have knowledge of developing and delivering high quality membership journeys and communication plans. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must as well as the ability to write engaging content. You will also have excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, building relationships with key stakeholders, external suppliers and colleagues in other departments.
