Job description

The CRM and Data manager is a new role that is pivotal in implementing a new CRM and supporting the CRM and data strategy for Cruse.  The postholder will have direct responsibility for developing, managing and supporting our CRM and related systems.  They will ensure we have accurate data that is brought to life to enable us to understand our users, volunteers and supporters so we can help even more bereaved people.

Cruse Bereavement Care is the largest bereavement charity in the UK. Our mission is to offer support, advice and information to children, young people and adults when someone dies and to enhance societies care of bereaved people.

The role will be based in our central office in Richmond, Surrey, but is currently home based.

The closing date for this role is the 1 September 2020 with interviews arranged for w/c 7 September 2020.
