Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, more and more businesses and organisations have been coming to Cruse for support. In 2020/21 the Training and Consultancy team delivered over 600 webinars, training almost 8,000 people in loss and bereavement. The team have been vital in helping people all over the country to have better conversations, and to learn how to support themselves and each other during these turbulent times.
Building on this need and the success of this newly formed team of three, we’re searching for an administrator to deliver training events to organisations of all shapes and sizes. You’ll be responsible for building excellent relationships, providing exceptional customer service - and will play a key role in the delivery of our mission to become the leading supplier of bereavement training and consultancy in England, Northern Ireland and Wales.
