Location: Home-based with regular travel to Guildford Office expected
Salary: £29,880 - £33,200 per annum
Contract: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Working alongside the wider HR team at Cycling UK, the L&D partner will have an active role in creating, developing and maintaining an inclusive organisational-wide programme of learning, development and career progression.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow within the L&D profession and have the ambition to contribute to the development of a learning culture across Cycling UK. Working in a small team, you will have the opportunity to develop, and be an influential partner of the wider People and Engagement strategy. Being proactive and posing excellent skills in planning, communicating and building relationships is essential.
