At a time when cycling is enjoying huge public interest, Cycling UK is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the charity to help achieve our mission to get 1 million more people cycling. As part of the membership team focused on growing our member base you will be the first point of contact with our 67,000 members and supporters, delivering the overall customer service experience and administration for membership, fundraising and donations.
Successful candidates will ideally have experience of working within a lively and energetic customer care or sales/telesales environment, strive for high levels of customer satisfaction and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
