Youth Service Manager
Our overarching aim is to make sure that our newly-arrived asylum-seeking and refugee young people have someone to turn to in a crisis and that they have wholesome, enjoyable experiences to help them deal with their trauma and to build foundations so that they can grow and develop and lead happy and successful lives in the UK.
This is delivered through line-managing our staff and volunteers and ensuring that key aspects of our operation are run well and with all due safeguarding paramount (twice-weekly evening clubs, advocacy, casework and campaigning).
Evaluate and develop our plans and strategies to foster continuous improvement of our services.
