Autistic Spectrum Program Lead

DASH is a charity based in Swindon, supporting people with higher functioning autism.  With a new project starting in the New Year, we are looking for someone with excellent presentation skills who can help us develop and run a new programme for people who have been diagnosed with autism.   This role will be working flexibly from the office and home and is likely to be someone with a qualification in health & social care.  You will be someone with excellent soft skills, well organised and comfortable with writing and presenting a training package to a group of individuals face to face or online.   You will be able to record and analyse outcomes, review the programme and assist in developing it throughout the project.   This is a two year appointment with the possibility of becoming permanent position. The job description and person specification is below. 

 

Preferably someone who has a good knowledge of autism and the broader disability sector, this role is part time (up to 25 hours per week) and our current rate of pay is £14.00 per hour.
