Daybreak Oxford is a small charity that provides day care services to people living with dementia, with three clubs in the Oxford area. We believe that, with the best care and support, people can live well with dementia. Our aims are to help maintain skills and abilities, provide enjoyment and companionship, and allow carers a break from their care-giving responsibilities.
Our three clubs are in Greater Leys, North Oxford and Kidlington. We need a capable administrator who can support the operations of these clubs. The Administrator will be an integral part of our small but committed team which is based in Greater Leys. The job holder will also provide support for our Fundraising and Finance staff.
Key aspects of the Administrator’s work will cover:
- All aspects of office administration and support
- Fundraising support
- Quality control and records management
- Financial administration
- Volunteer coordination
If you are someone with excellent organisational skills, a good communicator and can manage a varied workload then this job will be suited to you.
Location: The Clockhouse, Long Ground, Greater Leys, Oxford
Annual salary: in the range £20,000 depending upon qualifications and experience.
Hours: 35 hours per week
