Faculty / Directorate

The Transformation Portfolio Office (TPO) has oversight of our strategic change programmes, and provides portfolio level reporting into our Strategic Investment Committee and Strategic Investment Delivery Group. It also works closely with existing portfolio approaches within IT & Media Services and Estates & Facilities functions. 

Role

This is an exciting time to be joining De Montfort University. We are recruiting an experienced portfolio management lead to drive forward the implementation of an enhanced portfolio management approach across the University. Reporting into the Associate Director of Portfolio, Change & Improvement, you will be responsible for managing the Transformation Portfolio Office, and driving forward project management standards across the University.

The role can be completed on a hybrid basis.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced projects and portfolio management professional, with experience of managing a portfolio office in a complex organisational setting. You will provide overall direction and leadership for the TPO. You should be an excellent communicator, and be able to tailor and implement portfolio management approaches.
