We are looking for passion and pride: for and in Demelza, your work and the relationships you will build. You will have drive and enthusiasm, welcome professional challenge and love to learn. This role sits within a supportive, busy and ambitious team where you can make a real difference to our families and develop your career.
We are looking for a fantastic communicator, who can convey the impact Demelza makes both verbally and in written applications. You will be a great storyteller with strong attention to detail, ready to take ownership of their work but also a real team player who thrives on collaboration and sharing their learning and ideas. You will relish finding new leads and developing creative ways to engage them with Demelza’s work.
Whilst experience of trust fundraising is an advantage, we would like to hear from you if you are eager to bring your skills and experience to a team and charity who put our families at the centre of all we do.
If you are committed to making a difference to the children, young people and families Demelza supports and are ambitious about your career and a charity which will reach even more families of children with serious and terminal conditions through its forthcoming strategy, we would love to hear from you.
Although this role is based at our Kent hospice in Sittingbourne, hybrid and flexible working requests will be considered. We have two vacant posts, one part time (22.2 hpw) and one full time (37 hpw).
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
