Depaul have an exciting opportunity for Project & Support Workers to join their North West and Yorks & Humberside team on a locum basis. In return you’ll receive a competitive salary of £9.68 per hour.

The Project & Support Worker role:

Regional Locum Project/Support Workers - Accommodation, Floating Support, Family Mediation, Administration, Nightstop.

The areas we operate in in the North West where we are looking to recruit are Oldham, Greater Manchester and Rochdale. Please can you specify on your application form and supporting statement your preferred location of work or whether you are happy to be considered for all three.

As a Locum Worker you will be entered on to a list of locums and be able to accept shifts offered from services across the region.

Depaul UK helps people around the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, with a special focus on young people.

What will ideally support your success in the Project & Support Worker role?

To be a success in this role you will be able to demonstrate your experience of empowering young people, helping them to become resilient in the face of adversity. As a confident front line worker able to think and risk assess on your feet, you will show us that you can effectively communicate with a variety of people, make quality assessments of the needs of young people and quickly assimilate yourself in to any team.

We are looking for people who have experience of working with young people, working in a homelessness and or housing environment and are aligned to our values.
