At Depaul UK have an exciting opportunity for an Outreach Youth Homelessness Worker to join our team on a full time permanent basis. In return you’ll earn a competitive salary of £24,174 pa + pension & other benefits.

The Outreach Youth Homelessness Worker role:

As well as holding a small case load of clients, you will hold line management responsibility for a number of staff, volunteers and possibly students on placement, and hold responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers, visitors and staff in the service.

What will ideally support your success in the Outreach Youth Homelessness Worker role?

- Excellent experience in managing a dispersed team
- Excellent experience of outreach work and working with vulnerable clients
- Good experience in finance and reaching targets

- Excellent experience in operating safeguarding requirements and procedures
