At Depaul UK we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to come and join our London team. You will join us on a part time basis for a period of 6 months and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £24,614 per annum (pro rata).

The Recruitment Administrator role:
This is a diverse, fast-paced interim role assisting the Depaul Recruitment Team to deliver a consistently professional and effective service that is mindful of, and promotes the organisation’s Vision, Mission, Values and strategic aims.
Your role as Recruitment Administrator will require you to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting and advising Hiring Managers on their recruitment campaigns. You'll ensure the principles of Safer Recruitment are applied across all recruitment and selection activity.
This process will also include the regular management and updating of the recruitment system, as well as supporting Hiring Mangers with the system and delivering training where required.
You'll ensure that all recruitment complies with the recruitment process, and is conducted in a timely way for all roles.

What will ideally support your success in the Recruitment Administrator role?
- High level Recruitment administrative skills including the initial stage of the onboarding process
- Experience in using Recruitment databases
- Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and best practice
- Experience with advert writing using job descriptions and person specifications
- Knowledge of Safer Recruitment
- Demonstrable planning and organising skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills – can communicate effectively and build effective relationships
