Job description

We're currently recruiting for a Resolve to Stop the Violence (RSVP) Coordinator to coordinate, deliver and develop a structured programme for perpetrators of domestic abuse in the Bath and North East Somerset Area. In this role you will be responsible for tasks such as coordinating referrals, completing holistic support plans and delivering the RSVP 1:1 programme, as well as promoting RSVP to relevant stakeholders and referral sources in the area. We would love to hear from you if you are non-judgemental, resilient and assertive with extensive knowledge in the area of domestic violence including perpetrating behaviours and their impact. You significant experience of managing a client caseload, including comprehensive assessment, risk assessment/management and person-centred support planning.
