We are looking for individuals who share our passion for our values of self-direction, stimulation and zest for life and our commitment to our client groups and the local communities we serve.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, conscientious and enthusiastic full time Senior Practitioner for our Central Community Recovery Drug & Alcohol Service in Bristol. You will provide essential support to the Hub Manager and have significant line management responsibilities. You will support the team to meet service delivery targets, be confident in communicating data, manage caseloads and competently manage safeguarding concerns alongside the Hub Manager ensuring the team deliver a safe, caring and effective service.

Experience of line managing people is essential, as is a deep understanding of substance misuse and alcohol. It is a challenging role requiring leadership skills whilst also undertaking some client work. You will be required to work in group settings and on a one to one basis, with staff and clients.
