Job Description

The Evelyn Oldfield Unit is a high profile refugee and migrant-led organisation at the forefront of developing the capacity of the refugee and migrant sector and providing frontline services to Black, Asian, Minority, Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) individuals.  The Unit is passionate about the values of cultural diversity, community leadership and creating a step change towards more inclusive services for BAMER clients and the voluntary sector. 

We are looking for energetic and organised person who is highly passionate in working with people from different cultural background join the charity’s small team. The Development Co-ordinator will play a key role in projects management and communicating with BAMER communities, service users, volunteers, staff and Trustees.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience of project management, events management, bid writing, providing frontline services to vulnerable individuals, volunteer management, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
