Job Description

A health/medical charity in London, urgent seek an experienced Digital Content Officer to help cover a leaver. This role will suite either a full or part time contractor.

Duties will include:
Make and publish content updates on behalf of teams
Check, edit and approve content contributed by others
Lead on small content development projects
Undertake general content management tasks (eg image replacement, content audits)
Monitor and respond to website content and website admin enquiries received through the team inbox
Produce Google Analytics reports as required
Contribute to other Digital content team projects and activities as required.

Experience:
Writing and editing high quality website content.
Making editorial decisions, and suing negotiation skills if necessary
Provinfing excellent support and customer service to a range of stakeholder groups.
Using website analytics to identify gaps, improve content and measure performance.
Editing and managing content in Drupal.
Charity sector experience.
