As an experienced and resourceful Digital Production Manager, your primary focus will be on developing, creating and executing digital initiatives that support offline activity, drive supporter acquisitions, increase supporter retention and ensuring that World Vision maximises the full potential of digital platforms.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with Business Unit Managers and other stakeholders to develop/deliver their digital requirements 

• Managing internal and external partners to deliver results on time and within budget as well as helping web development agencies to understand the brief and the scheduling of their work

• Understanding new technologies and evaluating use of online innovations and trends to identify opportunities for World Vision.

As a Christian, this role offers the opportunity to integrate your faith within World Vision UK and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.

A technical understanding of information architecture, wireframes, website integration with CRM databases as well as experience in managing and delivering digital projects will be key, along with the ability to clearly articulate digital concepts and user experiences to stakeholders across the organisation.

There may be occasional travel to our London office as well as possible overseas travel to fragile states where World Vision operates.
