We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and manage the marketing and communications function and team at Barnwood Trust. This includes Barnwood Trust’s websites, social media channels and print media, as well as responsibility for marketing and logistics planning for public-facing workshops and events.
Expertise in communications, including delivering high standards of accessibility, implementing organisation-wide communications and marketing strategies, and line management experience are welcomed for this role.

About the Team
The Business Programmes Hub is comprised of programme development, innovation, and MEAL professionals responsible for developing new shared valued partnerships which speaks to interests of the business community and philanthropic stakeholders.
The Programme Development Manager will lead the development of impactful high-quality programmes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure new programmes incorporate creativity and innovation to capture the interest of corporate partners and philanthropists.
Your Role:
As Programme Development Manager, your role will be to oversee the development and writing of high quality, bespoke pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals for business and philanthropic partners. You will project manage the opportunity development process to ensure we are designing programmes that truly leverage the unique assets and capabilities of the private sector – beyond philanthropic funding – to create transformational change for children. This includes designing innovative, sector leading partnerships that emerge through a process of co-design which you will facilitate in partnership with colleagues across the organisation in the UK Impact, Global Programmes, and Fundraising and Marketing Departments.

- Identify and develop innovative partnership opportunities that leverage the unique resources and capabilities of prospective business and philanthropy partners, working closely with the UK Impact, Global Programmes, and Partnerships & Philanthropy departments to ensure alignment between partner and Save the Children priorities

The role
The digital team at Breast Cancer Now are leading a transformation in how we present our information and services to people affected by breast cancer. We are looking for a digital project manager who will be responsible for the delivery, tracking and communication associated with a number of key cross orgnanisational projects. The role will support with the Head of Digital Transformation in driving and tracking program delivery and ensuring that solutions can be adopted quickly and effectively by the organisation. Primary location of role and hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communications strategy aligned with RABI’s organisational aims.

- Manage and grow RABI’s national social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase quality engagement and followers.

As Research Communications Lead, you will use your knowledge of the medical research field and science communication experience and expertise to create a suite of research impact communications and stories.
In addition, you will build the base for the charity to confidently talk and communicate the difference that our funded research makes to the lives of people affected by sight loss. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can help guide the RCSLT’s development, analysis and communication of data about the speech and language therapy profession. This is a new role and your expertise, and skills will have an immediate and lasting impact.
Who we are
The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is the professional body for speech and language therapists in the United Kingdom (UK). We support and represent over 22,000 members while operating nationally across our offices in London, Belfast, Edinburgh and Cardiff.
Our mission is to improve the lives of people with communication and swallowing needs by facilitating and promoting research, producing guidance, holding events, and influencing government. We aim to promote better education and training for speech and language therapists (SLTs) and provide information to our members and the public about speech and language therapy.
The role
As our new Data Analyst, you will be a key partner for different RCSLT teams working on a wide range of projects, from analysing data about the speech and language therapy workforce, about students and help us understand the impact that SLTs make in their work.
You will help build the data capabilities of the whole organisation using tools that bring data to our members while using critical evaluation to bring depth of understanding about the profession.
We offer flexible working locations, either hybrid working (working a minimum of two days per week from our London Bridge office) or home-based with travel to our London office once or twice per month.
What we are looking for
You will have proven technical skills in statistics, analysis and data visualisation. Just as importantly, you will be a great communicator with the ability to clarify and contextualise data stories for all kinds of audiences.
You will be in your element using real-world data to answer real-world questions. You will be able to see the impact of your work, both within the RCSLT, and for the people and the profession that we serve.
Our ideal candidate
You will have knowledge and experience to bring to the role that enables you to:
- Take the lead in advising on the opportunities for the developing data function;
- Be responsible for using a variety data analysis, techniques, software or tools appropriate for different data sets, to produce reports, develop surveys, make recommendations;
- Play a key role in undertaking strategic analysis, interpretation and presentation of complex data for a variety of non-technical audiences and to help drive our campaigns.
