INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE
Girls Not Brides is seeking an experienced digital communications professional to manage the Girls Not Brides website in English, French and Spanish, including website development, maintenance, continuous improvement planning, infrastructure, architecture, and user journey. You will be responsible for implementing a website improvement project and a new members area. This role will also be responsible for developing and producing performance data, evaluation, and reporting across our digital channels. We are looking for someone who has a passion for managing websites, using data to improve performance and engagement, and using digital platforms to drive movements. The successful applicant will support across our digital channels. This role sits in the Communications Team and reports to the Communications Manager. You will work closely with external website developers to deliver a website that showcases Girls Not Brides and our role as the global movement to end child marriage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Girls Not Brides website (70%)
- Lead the development and implementation of the website improvement strategy and project plan, with support from the Communications Manager.
- Recommend and manage changes to the website architecture, front-end design, features, integrations, and user-journey improvements.
- Manage the day-to-day of activity of Girls Not Brides website, including uploading content in 3 languages (English, French and Spanish), optimising content for web, updating static pages when needed, and recommending updates and upgrades to the CMS.
- Responsible for managing website projects, including the upgrade, update and support and maintenance pipeline, as well as larger-scale changes to website functionality and architecture, managing external contractors to produce the work required on time and within budget.
- Research and implementing best-practices for search engine optimisation (SEO) across website copy and architecture.
- Produce and manage a clear, well-documented approach to web analytics, producing regular reports, monitoring user behaviour and website traffic, carrying out benchmarking, identifying KPIs and providing actionable insights.
- Support content writing for the website, including writing website copy and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the learning team in development of knowledge and learning hub.
- Collaborate with the member engagement team to improve member journey and offering.
Digital channel evaluation and reporting (20%)
- Set-up, maintain, and manage website analytics using the Google suite.
- Monitor and evaluate website success, including functionality, engagement, and traffic, producing regular reports, and providing recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of other digital channels, including social media and email marketing, producing regular reports, and providing recommendations.
- Monitor, evaluate and improve compliance of the website, including GDPR and accessibility best practices.
Digital communications support (10%)
- Lead communications digital knowledge management activity, including internal file systems, and asset management.
- Manage the email pipeline and support email marketing, including copywriting and content generation for regular newsletters, making recommendations to improve engagement.
- Make recommendations for our digital tools, ensuring they are fit for purpose and follow the latest trends and best practice.

Essential experience
- Significant professional experience in a similar level role, ideally in the not-for-profit sector, an international/intergovernmental organisation, a social movement, research centre, or social enterprise.
- Significant professional experience in developing and implementing website improvement strategies and coordinating large website development project plans.
- Significant professional experience in website management, including planning, implementing, monitoring, and upgrading content, architecture, and features.
- Significant professional experience in developing and implementing evaluation and reporting for website, email marketing and social media channels.

The Website Analytics Officer will be responsible for setting up, reporting and analysing key performance indicators for digital activities and providing actionable insights and intervention plans to improve return on investment.
Focused on tracking and reporting on key website and user metrics, the role will play a crucial part in the optimisation of Alzheimer’s Research UK’s (ARUK) website and digital channels.
This role will work closely with the Digital Content Manager and Digital Campaigns team, providing detailed analytics, reporting and recommendations to improve website and campaign design. Working closely with ARUK’s data team, this role provides a link between our campaign and website data with our CRM and data warehouse.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Use various programmes, such as Google Analytics to monitor and report on website user and performance data.
- Provide recommendations to the Web team on website and user journey improvements based on data insights, taking into account ARUK’s different supporter types.
- Support the Digital Campaigns team by analysing the digital effectiveness and conversion results of campaigns.
- Support the Digital Campaigns team by providing timely detailed reports for digital campaigns and assist with communicating results to other ARUK teams.

Additional Information:

We are a multi-award-winning, creative, and innovative organisation, and the Database Officer is a role at Al-Khair Foundation, sitting within the Database team and delivering on a range of database tasks and processes utilising our Salesforce database. We’re looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of database systems and who understands their importance to organisations like Al-Khair Foundation. We seek someone who is naturally process-driven and has a great eye for detail. You will be responsible for specific monthly processes, such as organisation income reconciliation and ongoing data uploads and cleansing for the Fundraising teams. Your Role
Al-Khair Foundation uses Salesforce to manage relationships with our donors, supporters, and stakeholders, including recording all donations made to the organisation. Al-Khair Foundation’s Database Officer will be responsible for the monthly delivery of the income and data reconciliation processes for the Fundraising teams, which includes liaising with a wide range of external agencies and the website to successfully download and query files, update and create new supporter records on the database, process cheques and payment requests, and work closely with the Finance team to ensure all anticipated and banked income tallies correctly.
You will also work closely with colleagues in the Database team to support and maintain regular database processes, data cleansing, and other database-related functions that happen on a monthly or quarterly basis. This may include responding to and being responsible for Support Ticket queries in relation to income, data, and/or the database generally and working with external database agencies such as our web platform partners and Salesforce.
Aside from these core duties, from time to time, you may also carry out general administrative tasks on behalf of the Supporter Engagement team. This may include supporting the Supporter Care Assistant during busy periods with customer care via email and telephone and recording updates, processing invoices, and maintaining and updating team rotas and trackers.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering the monthly data reconciliation and income reconciliation processes, which include downloading and uploading data files.
- Supporting the Fundraising teams with their monthly income recording and reconciliation.
- Liaising with external agencies and the Finance team.

The Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work with the Lloyds Bank Foundation’s Systems Manager to deliver the Salesforce roadmap for 2024-2025 in an effective and timely manner.
-You will contribute to the delivery of Salesforce projects, which include new external system integrations.
-You will work as part of the team to decommission the system thorough which we currently administer our Matched Giving programme and transition the programme to Salesforce.

About You

The role – what’s involved?

You will work with colleagues from across our global organisation to understand user needs and balance organisational priorities, refining these into a roadmap for maintaining and improving our Drupal websites and related digital infrastructure like microsites, SaaS solutions and third-party integrations. A typical working week might include providing technical expertise to colleagues planning a fundraising campaign, meeting with an external agency to optimise supporter experience on the website's donation form or speaking to a colleague in one of our member countries to help them roll out the latest features to their local website.

The Institute of Development Studies (IDS) delivers world-class research, learning and teaching that transforms the knowledge, action and leadership needed for more equitable and sustainable development globally.
This role is within the IDS Communications and Engagement Team (CET) which exists to build awareness, consideration and engagement with the institute, its research, publications, and partnerships.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Support Officer to support the development, implementation and evaluation of multichannel marketing campaigns, which include PPC and paid LinkedIn advertising, to promote IDS’s professional development learning offer.
Applicants will take an analytical and evidence-based approach to their work, being well versed in tools such as GA4, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager. Experience in using content management systems and creating engaging, search engine optimised content is essential.
At IDS, we understand and appreciate the value of a flexible work environment, and we support a hybrid working arrangement of 40-60%, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively.

The role of MEMBERSHIP AND DIGITAL ASSISTANT is to support and deliver the society’s digital communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement and membership experience and activism. This is a new job within a new team with a lot of scope to make your mark.
You will be responsible for creating digital content for our social media and current website, including content creation for a new website we are in the process of commissioning. In parallel, you will work with your manager to develop new programmes for our members, enhance our members’ experience, and develop new stakeholder communications and activities.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for visual and written content creation, an active interest in social media, strong digital skills, an ability to adapt content for different audiences, and excellent interpersonal skills. Working with colleagues, members and stakeholders is a key part of this role, so a personable and professional attitude is essential. They will also have an interest in UK politics and policy, but not necessarily worked in this field, and a strong understanding of and engagement with the Fabian Society’s objectives and values.
