The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive is to ensure we provide a great supporter experience to any person, company or organisation who donates to the Epilepsy Society and to help the fundraising and marketing teams increase our number of supporters and fundraisers through digital acquisition.
As part of the Charity’s in-house marketing agency, you will support in responding to briefs from other departments and work closely with their teams to create and deliver marketing plans which deliver on revenue and strategic priorities. You will also work closely with multiple stakeholders, including our digital agency and the other teams within the Fundraising and Marketing Department and the wider organisation.
This role involves supporting various digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and data analytics. The postholder will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the efficient and effective running of a fundraising and marketing team dealing directly with donors at all levels to ensure they have the best donor experience. We need someone to help us to reach new people online, drive income and build an enhanced online supporter experience.
There is flexibility within the role; with a hybrid working approach of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We are seeking a Head of Brand and Marketing to join our Engagement Team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. This role is pivotal in building the Association's brand and developing a marketing strategy that amplifies our impact for those living with and affected by MND.
You will be a powerful advocate of the strategic importance of a strong, aligned, and consistent brand. You will be responsible for the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that maximise the Association's ability to raise income, provide services and win support for campaigns to make life better for people living with and affected by MND. Key responsibilities, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications:
- General: Provide day-to-day marketing and communications support to the wider organisation and to promote our programme delivery and our philanthropy advice offers.
- Web: Regularly review and update existing website content, including responding to requests from across the team.

- Press and PR: Research stories, produce press releases and case studies, maintain media lists and record and evaluate media coverage.
- Brand Management: Manage our library of brand assets. Liaise with grant recipients regarding the acknowledgement of our funding and use of our logo. Review and establish a new online Photo Library, ensuring imagery is collected and stored in line with GDPR.
- Printed materials: Manage the design and production of reports and marketing collateral.
- Events: Support the delivery of organisational events and attend relevant external events to promote our programme delivery and our philanthropy advice offers.
- Video editing and creation: Develop our capacity to produce our own video content to support our marketing and communications activities.
- External suppliers: Liaise with printers, web agency, caterers and other suppliers when required.
- Contribute as a team member to the overall development of the Community Foundation.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by the Head of Marketing and Communications.

This is a full-time (Monday - Friday working 9am - 5pm) position and with opportunities for hybrid working with some time each week in our office in central Devizes. We’re looking for a creative and confident Content & Communications Coordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications Team at Imperial College Union. This new role will be key in strengthening our online presence and improving student engagement with the Union. You will be our in-house journalist; planning and delivering content that speaks to our varied audiences. Duties and responsibilities
Content Planning
- To assist in the creation of communications and content plans to support the Marketing & Engagement Manager in the delivery of key Union marketing activity, such as Welcome Week and election.
- In partnership with the Marketing & Engagement Manager devise a social schedule to ensure regular, timely and impactful content across these channels
- Build networks with student groups, the Union’s newspaper (Felix) and external partners to develop opportunities for content collaboration

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Charity Fundraiser to join our dedicated team in Malton, North Yorkshire. About Community Counselling:
The charity was established in 2013. It provides free therapeutic interventions such as counselling, play and creative art therapy, and EMDR (trauma) treatment to vulnerable people living in North Yorkshire, including children who have been the victim of crime. The clinical team consists of over 30 part-time practitioners, being a mixture of staff, volunteers (including trainees) and sessional workers. Last year we helped over 800 people with a wide range of mental health issues.

Main Purpose and Scope of the Role
This is BAU support for staff and on-site/network IT infrastructure. If successful, you will liaise closely with our external IT consultancy, for bespoke 3rd line support, regarding our core IT infrastructure (software, hardware, server and network). You will be the first point of support for your colleagues’ IT needs. You will report on and advise senior management of the IT risks and cybersecurity needs. The Online Product Lister (Known internally as eCommerce Online Sales Executive) plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. A key part of this role is listing a variety of donated items for sale via Scope’s online selling channels.
Location: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford, M50 1BX.
Fixed term for 6 months, 16 hours per week.
The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with Ecommerce Hub operating hours.

The role
The Online Product Lister is responsible for completing high quality listings through accurate photography and detailed descriptions. The role will involve listing a variety of different products including home and garden, clothing and seasonal cards and items. Product market research and price checking are also key responsibilities of this role.
About you

- Good communication skills, including the ability to write copy and create high quality listings.
- The ability to research products online and work to daily targets.
- The role requires continuous manual handling of stock in volume, daily. It will require a reasonable level of fitness and exertion, including carrying stock on a regular basis.
