Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Management:

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and materials.

- Champion the Charity's brand values and mission.
- Set up tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance.

Administration and Systems Manager

We are looking for an experienced Administration and Systems Manager to join our enthusiastic and friendly Operations team. Help Counselling is a small Mental Health charity providing one-to-one counselling, both in person and online to adults over 18. We are also a well-established clinical training placement provider for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists studying with prestigious training organisations in London.
About Help
Help Counselling is well-established Mental Health Charity with a heritage of over 50 years. We provide training placements for clinical supervisors, counsellors and psychotherapists who need to gain clinical experience to qualify (or further qualify) and be registered with one of the industry professional bodies such as, BACP or UKCP. For ethical reasons, the work trainee counsellors / psychotherapists do is unpaid, i.e., they must volunteer their time.
This volunteer model enables Help to fulfil its charitable aim of providing low-cost counselling services. It can take between 3-5 years to qualify, and our training placements are for minimum of 12 months meaning we can also provide clients with long-term help. Having consistence and continuity plays a pivotal role in building a safe, therapeutic, and trusting alliance between the counsellor and client.
The blend of low-cost and long-term talking therapy is much needed in a time of increasing demand for mental health support and increasing complexity of presenting issues.
About the job
The purpose of this role is to manage the daily administrative operations and a small administration team of 2 people. The objective being to ensure that we meet our monthly targets, are compliant with the requirements of BACP, run efficiently and deal with exceptions in a timely, ethical, and effective manner.
Currently our client volumes are between 250-350, we have approximately 90 counsellors and clinical team of approximately 20.
We operate a number of cloud-based IT systems and have outsourced HR and Finance functions.
Key responsibilities
Team management
Directing the team to make sure work is scheduled, fully completed and managed efficiently.
Line managing and coaching team members to achieve their objectives and develop their skills, confidence and abilities.
Systems management.
Managing the impacts and interactions between processes and systems which can be complex and far reaching.
Monitoring and ensuring all systems used are accurate and up to date, performing, interpreting and following up on system audits.
Information review, reporting and continuous improvement.
Create, review and report on operational data and use this information to solve potential problems or strengthen business performance.
Evaluate processes and policies, look for and make improvements as necessary. Ensure that processes and policies are easy to understand and up to date.
Stakeholder management
Provide a point of escalation and decision-making for queries arising from clients, counsellors, supervisors, training organisations and other stakeholders.
Quality of service
Ensure all queries and contacts are dealt with professionally, accurately and promptly.
Manage all aspects of the administrative tasks and process required.
The Candidate
Education & experience: 5-6 years’ administrative, operations, customer service and supervisory experience, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
Skills:
· Ability to analyse information and develop practical solutions.
Planning, critical thinking, problem solving, and task and time management skills.
· Interpersonal, line management, coaching, and verbal and written communication skills.
· Technical expert on MS Office suite and hands-on experience of CRM and / or clinical management system.
· Knowledge / experience of JotForm (Powerforms or equivalent), Stripe and DocuSign will be advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital communications and creating engaging content for digital and social platforms. The Digital Content and Communications Officer (DCCO) reports to the Digital Communications Manager and has responsibility for the SAT-7 UK website, digital marketing and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website: Developing and updating SAT-7’s websites as inspiring platforms to raise profile, income and engagement.
Emails: Work with colleagues in the Communications Team and across the organisation to build, test and send responsive email templates for all SAT-7 UK’s email requirements (meeting SAT-7’s brand guidelines and conforming to industry standards). Use email marketing tool DotDigital to develop automated communications that strengthen supporter engagement and convert recipients into committed donors.
Content: Deliver engaging and inspiring rich media content across a range of digital channels, including web, email, social media and other digital marketing platforms.
Social Media: Work closely with other team members to deliver strong social media content and engagement across various platforms, chiefly Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Marketing: Support the digital marketing of SAT-7 resources and campaigns through social media advertising, external agencies and other channels as required, to engage more deeply with existing supporters and donors, acquire new supporters and to raise funds for SAT-7 UK.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- In all communication ensure consistent messaging, branding and tone of voice for the intended audience and that content conforms to the security and style guides.

Person Specification
The individual will have:
- A clear understanding and commitment to the ethos of Chambers.
- Experience of developing and maintaining an organisational communications strategy.
- A strong technical understanding of website and social media platform management and content production.
- Experience of the use of a range of digital communications for promotion and development.
- The ability to draft clear, engaging copy and undertake editing, under pressure.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Innovation and Enterprise Designer to help us achieve real impact by developing, growing and embedding the best and next systemic innovation and enterprise design practices to ensure our interventions are even more impactful and commercially viable.
This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
About You
What we look for in a successful Innovation and Enterprise Designer candidate:
- Knowledge of innovation and/or social change processes, theories and approaches and the value they can bring,
- Experience in applying enterprise thinking, e.g. business and operating model design, to start-up and scale up projects or businesses
- The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in developing commercially viable products, service and interventions at scale
- Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills – especially if you are known for your ability to turn complexity into clarity.
- Analytical mindset with ability to triangulate between business insights, stakeholder insights and outcomes to drive decisions and improvements.
- Good collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams, and strong stakeholder management experience.

About the role
Smart Works are looking to appoint an exceptional Finance Manager to join our finance team at a time of significant growth for the organisation. Working closely with the existing finance team of four, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in safeguarding the financial health of Smart Works Charity and its network of eleven centres across the UK.
The Finance Manager will ensure financial systems and processes are followed, financial tasks are completed before deadlines and key stakeholders receive the financial information they need to make sound decisions.
An important part of the role is to build excellent working relationships with non-financial employees working across Smart Works, so that information needed by the finance team is obtained in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Where relevant, the charity will support the successful candidate in their continued study, CPD and qualification - and the Director of Finance will mentor the Finance Manager in their role.
Smart Works is a national charity, with Smart Works centres across the UK. There will therefore be occasional travel and liaison with local centres across the UK and HQ in London, to support induction and training, as well as the day-to-day role.
Duties and responsibilities
- Comply with all financial systems and control processes for Smart Works.
- Support the Director in completing submissions, filings and returns completed in a timely manner. This includes supporting the successful completion of the annual audit and production of statutory accounts.
- Produce monthly income and expenditure reports, balance sheets, management accounts and the production of financial board papers for Smart Works Charity and each local centre.
- Supporting the Director in ensuring all members of staff are paid correctly and on-time.
- Deliver improvements to financial systems to drive efficiencies across the finance function.
- Establish and maintain a strong and productive relationship with local treasurers and other relevant stakeholders, acting as the ‘go to’ for day-to-day financial queries.
- Oversee the timely and accurate transaction processing and reconciliation for income and expenditure for allocated centres, providing hands on and technical support to the Finance Assistant when needed.
- Responsible for ensuring all payments are made and invoices are raised in an accurate and timely manner.
- Investing time in upskilling and developing junior members of the team.
Personal Specification
Essential Criteria
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA part qualified (or equivalent, e.g. AAT qualified).
- A strong accounting background, with significant experience working within a finance function.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to produce quality accounts and accurate financial work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical skills and professional sceptical mindset.
- A strong desire to learn, a willingness to share knowledge and a strong team ethic.

Refettorio Felix is an innovative charity providing a restaurant quality 3 course meal freshly made entirely from surplus food in our beautiful space, for free, to vulnerable and economically insecure adults. We offer our services Monday to Friday during the day. At night and at the weekends the space is for hire as an event venue for weddings, parties and corporate events.
The role is made up of three major components:

Bladder Health UK (BHUK) is a small national charity that has developed significantly over the last 10 years. We are now looking for a part-time charity manager who can continue this journey.
