What does the role involve?
· Managing the relationship with our website development agency. Making recommendations for areas of improvement and further development.
· Managing our analytics and other insight platforms to ensure that we collect robust data and can make informed, evidence-based recommendations to ensure we’re using digital to deliver against the Foundation’s strategic objectives.
· Support and develop the implementation of an SEO strategy for our website content to ensure that our audiences can find our content.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Ability to interpret complex requirements and user needs and make recommendations of implementable solutions.
· Knowledge of the fundamental of Agile and Scrum
· Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio)
· Analytical skills with the ability to effectively capture, process and interpret information and make actionable, evidence-based recommendations.

Bladder Health UK (BHUK) is a small national charity that has developed significantly over the last 10 years. We are now looking for a part-time charity manager who can continue this journey. What you would do

We’ve grown a lot over the last 15 years and our weekly community meals now run in more than 85 towns and cities across England and Wales. This important role oversees the commissioning, production and governance of a wide range of films, multimedia content and photographic work, delivering a regular stream of content across channels for a range of audiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and fundraising, to create and execute campaigns that resonate with our supporters, acquire new donors and increase donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing digital campaign strategies, including; overseeing thorough market research and donor analysis to identify target audiences and create data-driven campaigns, as well as leading the copywriting and initial design concepts
- Supporting organisation fundraising campaigns through oversight and support to the matrix team, optimising paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, to attract new donors and supporters . These include - Google Ads, Facebook/social Ads, and other relevant channels
- Increasing our digital copywriting quality
- Developing and monitoring appropriate analytics to generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights for live and future campaigns
- Managing campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve fundraising targets
To be successful you will need to:
- Be educated to degree level or hold a professional qualification
- Be able to demonstrate a comprehensive strength in the development and management of digital marketing and donor aquisition campaigns
- Be familiar with SEO marketing and CRM systems and related analytics

Terms and Conditions
- Location: This role is base at the MAF UK Offices in Folkestone, Kent. We welcome hybrid working in line with our flexible working policy, the needs of the business, the requirements of the role and your location. This will be discussed at interview.
- Working Hours: At least 36 hours per week, with 1 hour for lunch daily unpaid. Hours should be agreed with line manager.
- Annual Leave: Annual leave entitlement of 22 days per year and 8 paid public holidays per year.
- Pension Scheme: Non-contributory (10% of salary).
- Probation: 6 months
- Notice Period: 3 months each.
- Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid working part London Office (Islington, London) part home work (the post holder will work a minimum of 1 day per week in the office) or flexible location home working.
Salary: £38,450 per annum if London based or £35,850 per annum if home based
Hours: 35 hours per week
This is a fixed-term role for 8 months.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our ambitious and growing type 1 diabetes charity, JDRF, as part of the digital and marketing team.
As a digital professional with previous charity or digital agency experience, you will be at the forefront of helping to drive digital transformation, building awareness of the work we do and the life-changing impact of type 1 diabetes.
You will support the implementation of a digital programme plan to carry out the development and refresh of several digital products and platforms in line with user needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, digital agencies and platform providers to ensure that developments meet quality standards around design, usability, user experience and accessibility, ensuring excellent experiences for our audiences. You will help co-ordinate tasks and resources and track project progress, contribute to user acceptance testing and content audits and updates. You will also be a confident advocate for UX best practice and building brand awareness.
An experienced digital professional, you may have worked for a charity or digital agency before in a similar role. You will be motivated by delivering high quality digital products and will be familiar with a range of digital channels and platforms. You will be ever-curious, always seeking to improve your skills and adopt new approaches.

Your role
