Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Adviser, looking for a part time role, to join our team.

The HR team at the Diocese of Guildford provides comprehensive HR support to our Diocesan staff and your role will cover a wide range of activities, including recruitment, payroll and all aspects of HR employee administration. The role is a busy and exciting one in which every day is different. An increasingly important and developing aspect of our work is the provision of HR support to our clergy and to parishes across the Diocese. 

If you are CIPD qualified, in the process of working towards your CIPD qualification, or have relevant equivalent HR experience, coupled with previous experience of operating in a professional environment such as legal services or a large charity/public sector organisation, we would love to hear from you.
