Job description

We have a vacancy for a Team Administrator with specialism in Governance to join us on a full time permanent basis.

The role of Team Administrator – Governance is designed to provide professional and high-quality support to our nine key governance forums and trustee meetings.

The role includes organising meetings, issuing meeting invites and being the point of contact for queries from external stakeholders/partners. A large proportion of the job is taking and drafting minutes, reviewing  the drafts with the Chair of the respective governance meeting, distributing the minutes to governance meeting members / trustees and following up on key actions arising in readiness for the subsequent meeting.

Another important aspect of this specialism is to act as the point of contact for our key stakeholders and trustees including head teachers and governors of our Church schools and representative of our multi-academy trusts.

It should be noted that many of the meetings take place outside of normal office hours, so some flexibility will be required for evening or very occasional weekend meetings.
