Church communication is changing….
We’re looking for a digital communications officer to join a small communications team and help deliver our vision to communities, employees, clergy and new and hard-to-reach audiences.
You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as church communications undergoes a major transformation. Coronavirus pandemic has forced us to embrace online church and engage communities through digital and social media.
You’ll work alongside the Director of Communication and Engagement in managing our digital channels, including website, social media and email marketing platform. You’ll also be able to film and edit short videos on your device.
You’ll be confident at creating engaging content for our digital platforms, including writing short and snappy social media posts as well as writing longer form for website and digital newsletters. You’ll also create simple infographics and Instagram-able images for campaigns and target audiences
You’ll be confident using Google Analytics and social media analytics to monitor channels, evaluate results and identify improvements.

This is a permanent, full time position and you’ll be working from home until the office in Bridgend, South Wales reopens. This role requires travel across South Wales. Flexible working will be considered.
