Seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Management Team at Disability Positive

Due to restructure, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager who will be responsible to the Head of Services, as an instrumental part of our Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management, development and performance of the reception/administration team in addition to acting as Duty Manager for the company. Furthermore, the successful candidate will also be responsible for the day to day management of the premises, health and safety, data protection, facilities and tenants.
You must have experience of office management, meeting targets, time management and organisational skills. In addition, you must have experience of working within a busy and varied position of responsibility, ideally with a good understanding of Health and Safety and Data Protection management, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and be able to work under pressure.
