Job description

The Disability Resource Centre (DRC) is a leading disability organisation operating in Birmingham, Solihull and the wider West Midlands.

Our mission is ‘to build a sustainable business to empower disabled people to take control of their own lives and to actively seek out opportunities to achieve their full potential as individuals in mainstream society’.  This is at the heart of everything we do.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage our day to day operations including the effective delivery of all programmes and services and the running of the Information, Health and Wellbeing Centre in Birmingham.

Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent; have experience of working at a senior management level leading direct service delivery comprising a complex array of programmes; and have a proven track record in effective contract management, quality and continuous improvement, performance management together with financial, legal and contractual compliance. Knowledge of the health, social care and/or employment and skills markets would be advantageous.
