We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and manage the marketing and communications function and team at Barnwood Trust. This includes Barnwood Trust’s websites, social media channels and print media, as well as responsibility for marketing and logistics planning for public-facing workshops and events.
Expertise in communications, including delivering high standards of accessibility, implementing organisation-wide communications and marketing strategies, and line management experience are welcomed for this role.

The role
The Corporate Partnerships Executive plays a pivotal role in the Fundraising, Communications and Volunteering directorate and is responsible for managing, stewarding, renewing, and growing their corporate partners to meet their fundraising income targets. The role is varied and requires strong time management, written and verbal communication skills, and relationship management.
You will be ambitious and enthusiastic to deliver on income targets from sponsorship, cause-related marketing, employee fundraising and other forms of strategic partnership.
An experienced corporate fundraiser or business to business sales professional, you will have generated income from partnerships before in similar roles. You will be target focused and able to use your skills to secure new business, retain, develop and grow long term income generating partnerships.

This is a newly created role working within our Fundraising & Communication Dept.
Role summary
Working within our fundraising and communications team, you will support the management of our communications portfolio of work. Maintaining our consistent brand, you will lead on digital and print asset development. With a fleet of minibuses specially adapted to assist people with mobility equipment or additional mobility needs, People to Places delivers high-quality services aimed at improving social inclusion and accessibility. In addition, we also provide Shopmobility services in Windsor and Maidenhead town centres, this service provides the loan of wheelchairs and mobility scooters to people with limited mobility, to help them shop and access leisure and commercial facilities within the area.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION
The Individual Giving Manager (Retention) will work within the Public Fundraising Team and play a key part in growing and sustaining income from our individual giving audiences of cash donors and regular giving supporters. Role Responsibilities:
This role plays a key part in driving income growth and sustainability in our Individual Giving programme.
Your priorities will include:
· Driving the strategic and operational planning of Individual Giving to deliver strong income growth and return of investment (ROI), ensuring agreed targets and KPIs are achieved in relation to retention and conversion of existing donors.
· Devising and delivering the overall Individual Giving retention and stewardship budget to maximise opportunities for growth, preparing robust annual income and expenditure budgets and operational plans.
