We are recruiting for Corporate Development Team Assistant to join our fast-paced Corporate Development Team in an exciting and varied support role.
Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops. Last year, Dogs Trust centres cared for over 9,000 dogs; we never put a healthy dog down.
Reporting to the Corporate Development Team Manager, this varied role will see you providing vital administrative and fundraising support for several partnerships, including managing, and developing new relationships with small and local businesses for the Corporate Friends Scheme. The scheme allows for small businesses to support Dogs Trust.
You will play a key role in the team, managing queries from corporate supporters and coordinating the distribution of fundraising materials. You will also be expected to contribute to a variety of activities involving building relationships with other teams at Dogs Trust. This role will involve maintaining systems and databases for partnerships and supporting the writing of reports. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Corporate Partnerships whilst working for Dogs Trust’s Corporate Development team.
The successful candidate for this position will have excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills, with a methodical approach to work. You will be a confident communicator, and will be comfortable working with people at all levels. You will also have a true passion for Dogs Trust and the work we do.
