We are currently looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to oversee our projects in the London borough of Westminster. This role is based both ‘on the ground’ and with associated admin to be done from home or the office. Reading sessions with families are conducted on doorsteps instead of in families’ homes for the time being. 

For the first 6-12 months you will be on the ground running projects. As Doorstep Library expands, you will transition away from running the projects on a weekly basis to focus on setting up new ones. There will still be plenty of opportunity to be on the ground reading with families.

You will be truly passionate about the work that we do to support children and families and you will have outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with both our dedicated volunteers and the whole family. You will inspire a love of reading in the children we visit, and be a friendly face for their parents/carers, providing support and information where needed. Seeing so many excited faces when you turn up at the door makes this a very rewarding role!
