Dravet Syndrome UK is the UK's only charity dedicated to supporting people living with Dravet Syndrome a rare, life-limiting and life-long neurological condition affecting around 1 in every 15,000 people. In 2021 we launched an ambitious 5 year strategy to reach more families, educate more professionals and ultimately transform care and treatment. Marketing and communications are key to the delivery of this strategy.

Following on from the appointment of our first Head of Marketing and Communications in 2020 we are now looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional who can hit the ground running, has a background in healthcare, can right compelling copy, has excellent social media skills, and preferably also strong design skills. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing and Communications Manager will manage digital and traditional media activities, keep DSUK’s website up-to-date and support on a wide range of projects aimed at supporting families living with Dravet Syndrome, raising awareness among professional audiences and the general public, and helping to drive fundraising.
