Job Description

An exciting opportunity within an a charity focused on assisting young adults with Autism on getting the best access to education. This role is a temp to perm opportunity. Please read the requirements below and if interested please act quickly!

We are looking for a highly organised and flexible EA to provide high quality administrative, secretarial and personal support.

Main responsibilities will include: diary management, organising meetings, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative and secretarial support, as well as line managing the campus Administrators and ensuring systems and processes are in place to maximise the smooth running administration duties.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative/secretarial skills, be flexible, and have excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of board and governance structures.
This role is part of a small but very busy team so flexibility, resilience and multi-tasking are essential.
If you have the right skills and are a great communicator with the ability to manage and prioritise effectively, this could be the role for you!

Interviews occuring on Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th and Friday 13th of January

Temp rate is £14-17 per hour and an opportunity for a permanent role would be available after three months

Permanent salary - £25200 to £30600
