We are looking for a passionate and experienced change manager who can influence and advise strategic commissioners across England to use our evidence, processes and resources to create programmes that make a real difference to the outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.

You’ll keep abreast of national and local policy, building strong relationships with Whitehall, sector bodies, national charities and local public services.  You’ll collaborate with our researchers and academic experts to identify and communicate the implications of research findings for policy and practice and work closely with local leaders and commissioners on r the best ways to use evidence to guide local decisions.

We are looking for somebody who understands the strategic commissioning process within local authorities, the NHS and other public bodies.  The right person will have experience of strategy development in child and family services, as well an understanding of national policy and local public sector strategy and delivery relating to early intervention.

We also recognise the importance of a good work life balance, so we do everything we can to accommodate flexible working, including part-time and job shares for our roles.
