This is an exciting role supporting the Supporter Experience team in delivering an extensive portfolio of campaign selections and supporter journeys across the NSPCC. The team, which sits within the Communications division, is responsible for managing communications with warm supporters. The team works with Campaign Managers to use data effectively in supporter communications, ensuring supporters receive an excellent experience of the NSPCC.

This role will be responsible for planning and delivering supporter journeys and data selections for NSPCC campaigns, based on briefs developed with Campaign Managers and internal teams. This will primarily use FastStats, PeopleStage and Adestra, as well as the Microsoft Office suite.

The successful candidate will have experience of mailing selections and automated journey creation, as well as an understanding of how data can be applied to create complex and tailored supporter journeys using dynamic content, journey logic, personalisation and reporting. The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills and be experienced in developing and maintaining working relationships across various teams.

The RSCM is on a mission to enable the flourishing of church music, and in particular to get children singing.

Working across the whole charity, you will work to sell existing products, courses and events, as well as membership subscriptions. The post holder will be expected to work to actively drive sales of RSCM products such as ‘Hymnpact!’ (a singing resource aimed at encouraging singing in primary schools), sales of events such as singing courses, and membership subscriptions; and in some instances voluntary giving. Some of the work will be in support of RSCM Enterprises, RSCM’s wholly owned trading subsidiary.

The sales plan will be delivered with some assistance of external contractors (e.g. social media), and with input from individuals across the organisation.

The post holder is responsible for selling to individuals, corporate customers (such as school federations) and organisations (e.g. choral societies) including through appropriate organisational networks. The holder will play an active part in suggesting, agreeing and delivering agreed KPIs and sales targets, monitoring and adjusting activities as necessary to improve results. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the long-term financial viability of the charity and whilst we have a comprehensive product offer, we welcome innovation. The post holder will be expected to make suggestions and recommendations for NPD (new product development) and changes to our strategy that could make the products more attractive to parallel markets.

Main responsibilities will include:

Administration

• Be responsible for securing contracts by confirming booking information and working with the Head of Budgets, Contracts & Policy to ensure freelance trainer contracts and Service Agreements are in place

About the role

As Project Officer you will play a central role in the delivery of INTRAC’s consultancy assignments and grant funded projects. • Job Title: Senior Finance Officer

This role is part of a small Finance team that supports the work of Headway - the brain injury association. The role is line managed by the Finance Manager and liaises with every team within the organisation.

What you will do

As a Senior Finance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the purchase and sales ledgers for both the charity and retail company, supporting colleagues, and resolving queries from suppliers and customers. You will monitor the purchase invoice mailbox and online purchase invoice accounts, ensuring that all invoices are downloaded promptly and passed on to relevant colleagues for authorisation.

You will be responsible for recording all purchase and sales invoices on our accounts system, Exchequer and ensuring that all bank transactions are entered on a timely basis. You will also be responsible for preparing and entering key monthly journals, including but not limited to charity and retail income, charity merchandise sales, depreciation, credit card expenditure, pre-paid rent and service charges. The majority of this work will use our Excel linked auto-loaders, but some manual entry will also be required.

You will complete monthly supplier account reconciliations and be responsible for raising any concerns or discrepancies with the Finance Manager.

You will maintain the stock system for the online merchandise shop, updating it with new stock and prices, using the information from the system to create the monthly cost of sales journal.

The Senior Finance Officer will work with the Finance Manager to ensure that all monthly and month-end routines are completed in line with team and organisational deadlines and complete any other finance tasks that may be required.

About CleanupUK  

We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Litter-picking brings people closer together, enables neighbours to meet one another other and helps create a greater sense of pride and community in local areas.

Historically, we have delivered litter-picking focussed community engagement projects in London and Birmingham. Our current focus is developing partnerships with community organisations across England to expand our reach and increase impact.

Responsibilities of our Data Analyst:

As Data Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of actionable and highly effective supporter analysis, reports, dashboards and statistical models to inform the evidence-based decision making of the Marketing and Income Generation directorate. Community ConneX is a campaigning organisation and a multi-project service provider working across West London. We support autistic people, people with a disability, and people and families experiencing barriers to live healthier, happier, and inclusive lives. We do this by ensuring their needs, rights and aspirations are met.

Advocacy 1st is a free, independent service provided by advocates who specialise in the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act.

Location: Remote based in Oxfordshire

Key duties:

· Recruiting, training and providing ongoing support to volunteers

· Working with the children and young people to assess their service requirements

· Working with stakeholders to raise awareness and recognise and identify care leavers and young people in need of the Independent Visitors and Care Leavers service

· Looking at opportunities to engage and work with services to identify care leavers and independent visitors

· Reporting and discussing all safeguarding concerns with the service manager

· Completing initial assessments and matching volunteers to young people

· Raising the profile of the Independent Visitors and Care Leavers service

Main duties and responsibilities:

IT

· Ensure all staff have IT equipment from their first day of work, ensuring that they are able to access the IT support they need with minimal interruption to daily tasks.

· Keep a record of all IT equipment, key information and renewals due.

· Be the first point of contact for IT provider, leading on Cyber essentials & annual IT audit.

· Lead on the implementation of strategic IT goals.

· Support the Continuous Improvement Officer to find new ways of working and ensure we stay up to date with emerging IT trends.

Data

· Maintain organisational databases, ensuring all data is accurate, meaningful, and compliant with the requirements of current and potential funders, as well as Upbeat’s policies and procedures for data.

· Liaise with Data consultants to manage workflow of data requests.

· Present data in a useful manner for stakeholders.

· Play a key role in the organisation around GDPR and Data Protection.

· Be responsible for the confidential maintenance of service user records and other relevant documents in line with Data Protection legislation (e.g. data protection impact assessments).

Facilities

· Support with office management processes (ordering stationery and equipment).

· Support in the efficient use of premises (organise key holder rota, complete regular checklists).

· Support with risk management and Health and Safety compliance (risk assessments, checklists, PAT checks).

Administration

· Provide administrative support to the charity’s projects (topping up payment cards, phone lines, donation admin).

· Assist with organising and monitoring staff training.

· Assist with the review and writing of policies and the staff handbook.

· Assist with process mapping across the organisation.

Other

· Make an active contribution to the overall work of Upbeat Communities through team meetings, staff training, awareness and fundraising events, and any other appropriate activities.

About FareShare

FareShare is the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 18 independent organisations. Together, we take good quality surplus food from right across the food industry and get it to nearly 9,500 frontline charities and community groups.

The food we redistribute is nutritious and good to eat. It reaches charities across the UK, including school breakfast clubs, older people’s lunch clubs, homeless shelters, and community cafes. Every week we provide enough food to create almost a million meals for vulnerable people.

About FareShare Go

FareShare and the Irish social enterprise FoodCloud have been working together since 2016 in a partnership designed to help UK retailers address the issue of edible surplus food they may have within their stores. This innovative partnership, known as FareShare Go, brings together a technology platform and FareShare’s knowledge of the UK charity food redistribution market. Using this App we are connecting charities with edible surplus foods. Initially this scheme has been working with Tesco, with a view to roll this service out to all retailers across the UK & Ireland in the longer term. Since launching the scheme last year we have already connected over 7,500 charities with over 2,700 stores.

The role

As Community Coordinator, your role will focus on the growth and sustainability of the FareShare Go programme, through maximising relationships and adding value to create the best experience for our charity community. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, with an approachable nature who will play a vital role in developing and maintaining charity and retailer relationships, plus raising awareness of FareShare Go across your local area. 

Main areas of responsibility

• Charity account management: You will carry out virtual calls and in person visits with new and existing charities, and be responsible for ensuring that coverage KPIs are reached and maintained for both new and existing retailers. Using your analysis of charity needs, plus your knowledge of retailer and store profiles, you will use these visits to maximise the offer to charities, ensuring the service meets their requirements. 
• Community Capacity Building: As part of the Building of relationships with charities, you will seek opportunities to enable and empower charities to increase their capacity and ability to take more food, to ultimately increase the redistribution of surplus food to those in need. 
• Sustainability and Compliance: You will work with your Regional Manager and team to identify stores where re-engagement activities are needed to improve charity coverage and charity compliance. You will work to maximise the amount of food collected by charities with lower levels of compliance. You will also be responsible for undertaking food safety reviews with charities to ensure compliance. 
• Retailer Engagement: You will play a key role in maintaining strong retailer relationships across your region. You will take an active role in any meet and greets with retailers, where required. Plus, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with the relevant retail stakeholders in your region, sensitively dealing with any issues in a professional manner, as and when they arise. 
• FareShare Network Engagement: We aim to become 'oneFareShare’. These roles are an integral part of our FareShare network and you will partner closely with the Regional Centre(s) in your areas. You will work on joint initiatives which improve and grow the FareShare community, ensuring that charities have access to the FareShare service which best meet their needs.

Essential Criteria
