Working with different teams across the charity, you’ll be planning, managing and delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of media including digital and print. You’ll also work with external agencies on our face-to-face fundraising campaigns. Activities in the acquisition portfolio are diverse; from developing the donor’s online user journey to delivering motivational training to fundraisers across the country, your campaigns will drive income and attract new, engaged supporters to the charity.
As well as running the day-to-day campaign activity, the post holder will be responsible for compiling regular reports, across a range of financial and non-financial KPIs. Alongside this, they will ensure compliance and adherence to the most recent regulations and codes of practice is top of the agenda.
The successful candidate will have a desire to learn and develop, as well as the confidence to whole-heartedly launch themselves into an energetic team with ambitious goals.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns across a range of channels including face-to-face, digital and print.
· Successful management of fundraising agencies and suppliers; ensuring relationships are effective and productive.
· Deliver motivational fundraiser training and develop engaging fundraiser materials with agency stakeholders to ensure high-quality fundraising.
· Ensure compliance and adherence to regulation and codes of practice is considered in all campaign activities, to include mystery shopping and call listening.
· Work closely with Data and Digital teams to ensure effective processes are worked to and full campaign evaluation is possible.
· Donation page monitoring, reporting and development, to include looking at ways in which to improve the donor’s online user journey.
· Continuous improvement through test and learn principles across all activities.
· Integration of campaigns across the charity to drive maximum value.
· Development of compelling communications and materials to support all activities.
Planning and Budgeting
· KPI tracking, trend analysis and interrogation of results at all levels.
· Live programme optimisation to ensure targets are met.
· Input to annual planning and development of individual giving campaigns.
· Assist Direct Marketing Manager with compilation of detailed income and expenditure campaign budgets.
· Work with Direct Marketing Manager in developing the Acquisition programme and strategy.
· Input to monthly forecasting and regular reporting across a range of financial and non-financial KPI’s.
Finance and Reporting
· Ensure daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Routine end of campaign reviews and analysis.
· Ongoing reporting on long-term success measures such as attrition and ROI.
· Invoice reconciliation and processing for timely payment.
· Non-financial KPI trend reporting - such as opt-in rates and quality scoring.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Create and edit compelling and innovative social media content optimised against a range of objectives, including the production of graphics and video

What's the role about?
For the key strategic business partnership within the dairy sector the role will visit farmer-suppliers and provide in-person habitat advice, and speak with farmers remotely (via Teams / Zoom) to understand their farming operation and provide habitat advice.
You will use this insight and experience to help inform the marketing tools and advisory programme for broader supply chain (other farms) within the partnership.
For other Fair to Nature farmers, and businesses directly linked to them, you will prepare for and complete advisory visits and follow up with applicant Fair to Nature farmers and share the benefits of Fair to Nature certification. Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of land management practices that deliver nature and wider environment benefits on farmland.

- Understanding of agricultural systems and how conservation management may impact on farming practice.
- Able to communicate effectively with farmers and advise them on land management for nature.

The NI is looking for its next Events Officer to oversee the setting up and online booking of a range of events – mainly conferences and dinners – as well as overseeing the subscriptions to its Journal. The role is a busy one and the person recruited with require good experience with events booking CRMs as well as working with volunteers and other team members in a small team.
Responsibilities
Main duties include:
Manage all event bookings administration, including:
o Set up of online booking for events through CRM
o Set up and maintain webpages for each event through CMS adding sponsor logos and additional information as required.
o Ensuring invoices for events are issued and paid, updating any on CRM that were issued manually including sponsorship events
o Ensuring relevant communications such as joining instructions are circulated to attendees

About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Fundraising & Engagement Team. As Capital Campaign Lead for Special Events & Relationships, you will work with the Head of Philanthropy and Capital Appeals, and colleagues in the Philanthropy Team and across EAAA, to create and deliver a series of unique fundraising events in the private and public phases of the campaign.
You will be responsible for all aspects of these events, from the concept through to on-the-day delivery, including administration, budgeting, recruitment, logistics, and supporter experience.
But your engagement with campaign donors and prospects will not end there. You will also be responsible for cultivating relationships beyond the events, for identifying donor interests and making compelling asks, and for thanking and stewardship as the campaign progresses. You will also be instrumental in building the prospect pipeline, contributing to prospecting strategy meetings and conducting research as required.
With previous experience within the fundraising sector, you will have a proven track record in supporting the solicitation of gifts of £5,000+. You will have experience of managing projects with multiple stakeholders, forecasting, planning and setting KPIs, and working with CRM systems.

Since 2013, Arts Emergency has been providing 16-25 year olds in London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and beyond with a trained mentor working in their field of interest. Mentors help Young Talent set goals, explore their passions and make decisions about higher education, training and careers. After they complete a year of mentoring, Young Talent can continue to access opportunities, advice, resources and paid work from the Arts Emergency Network until they turn 26.
