Executive Assistant (Location base flexible)
Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Circa £25k per annum

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, highly motivated department in a varied and proactive role. As Executive Assistant you’ll work closely alongside the Director of Income Generation ensuring they and their teams have the administrative and information support they require.

The Income Generation Directorate is responsible for delivering income from fundraising and retail to fund the charity’s strategic plan and aspiration to meet the increasing demand for our services. You'll be joining a diverse team that is fun and hardworking. We all have the ambition and drive to make a difference to the lives of life-threatened children and their families, and so will you.

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, enthusiastic candidate who will excel in supporting and liaising with people, juggling a wide range of tasks and helping keep us on track.  You will be able to unpick complex tasks quickly, be flexible and quick to adapt when plans change.  We’ll need you to be exceptionally discrete with information and people at times and at the same time support the senior/executive team with effective, free-flowing communication.

The location base is flexible and the successful candidate may be based at any of our offices in Ipswich, Norwich, Milton or Thetford, with a willingness to travel across sites occasionally.

You'll be led by an incredibly supportive manager, with an active interest in your personal and professional development.

EACH – Supporting life-threatened children and their families each step of the way.
