Job description

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

Head of Fundraising
Field Based between Cambridge, Ipswich and Norwich
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

With extensive knowledge and experience of fundraising you will be in tune with latest fundraising trends and techniques, able to create a diversified strategy to optimise income across all income streams, particularly in the face of current challenges presented by COVID19.

You will be extremely capable in balancing the development of strategy with its operational delivery through leading and inspiring a team of fundraisers and developing excellent working practise.

You will be highly experienced and skilled in developing strong relationships with a diverse set of supporters and able to influence across a wide network of stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the charity.

Your passion for ensuring our supporters reach their potential will be matched with your drive for success and your natural resilience in the face of a challenging fundraising environment.

This role is field based with an opportunity for the right candidate to be based anywhere within East Anglia, but must be able to travel between our fundraising office locations in Cambridge, Norwich and Ipswich.

The interview process will comprise of:

1st stage interview on Thursday 19th November, to include an informal presentation.
2nd stage interview (for successful candidates from 1st stage) on Thursday 26th November.
